15 year old girl brutally beat by cops Seattle, Washington - A clear case of excessive force. This story should never play out . This is a shame and this coward only says that there is two sides to the story. Maybe off screen she beat him down first or maybe his feelings were hurt from the little girls saying bad words to him. His ego must have been deeply bruised for him to stoop to coward mode and hurt a little girl the way he did. He is a big loser and he will definitely reap what he has sown.
